At The Lismoyne, we are always looking for great talent to join our team. We are a progressive company with big plans for our hotel over the coming months, we can’t do it by ourselves we need you to help us! Fun loving, energetic, committed and hard-working...just a few words that’ll describe the ideal candidate. BREAKFAST CHEF


We are a 62 bedroom AA 4 Star Hotel in Fleet, Hampshire. We are looking for a Breakfast chef to work 5 out of 7 days, Monday to Friday 6-11am and at weekends 7am until 11am, with additional shifts available for the right candidate…one that will show commitment and hard work. Punctuality and reliability are essential. Some experience and track record in a commercial kitchen would be advantageous.


The principle responsibilities of the role are as follows:


To ensure all food is served to the required company standard.

To aid the Head Chef in implementing all new menus.

To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen operation and comply fully with current food hygiene legislation

To strive and anticipate customer needs whenever possible and to react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.

To ensure that you are correctly dressed, adhere to high personal hygiene standards.

To maintain a professional working relationship with the food service team.

To comply with all regulations as stated in the normal operating procedures.

Cleaning chemicals are used as directed, to achieve desired results and reduce wastage.


Salary commensurate with experience.


Regrettably this is not a Live-In position

Receptionist - The Lismoyne is an Independent, AA 4 Star, 62 bedroom hotel in Fleet, Hampshire.

The ideal Receptionist will have experience in Front of House and you will ensure that you provide first class hospitality and a consistent professional level of customer service to all internal and external customers.


We are a young dynamic and driven team, with ambition to achieve accolades and accreditation and re-position ourselves as a prime hospitality venue in North Hampshire. We can only do this with committed and dedicated staff!


Desired Qualifications for the Receptionist Role:

Must have at least one year’s previous hotel experience within Front Office.

Must be computer literate, ideally with experience of leading PMS

Highly organized with excellent time management skills ensuring great attention to detail at all times

Genuine interest in people, must be able to exceed guest expectations

Strong team player with excellent communications skills (spoken and written)


NO LIVE-IN ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE


This is a permanent position, hours as required. Starting Rate from £7ph for 21 years and over, but commensurate with experience.

KITCHEN PORTER - We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to work hours as required, additional hours available for the right candidate…one that will show commitment and hard work. Punctuality and reliability are essential. Some experience and track record in a commercial kitchen would be advantageous. We are very proud to have been awarded a 5 out of 5 by Hart District Council Environmental Health; it will be a key focus of the role to maintain the kitchen to an excellent standard of cleanliness and hygiene.


The principle responsibilities of the role are as follows:


To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen and still room areas.

To adhere to cleaning Schedules

To assist the duty chef where necessary

To strive and anticipate customer needs whenever possible and to react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.

To ensure that you are correctly dressed, adhere to high personal hygiene standards.

To comply fully with current food hygiene legislation

To maintain a professional working relationship with the food service team.

To comply with all regulations as stated in the normal operating procedures.
