We are a 62 bedroom AA 4 Star Hotel in Fleet, Hampshire. We are looking for a Breakfast chef to work 5 out of 7 days, Monday to Friday 6-11am and at weekends 7am until 11am, with additional shifts available for the right candidate…one that will show commitment and hard work. Punctuality and reliability are essential. Some experience and track record in a commercial kitchen would be advantageous.
The principle responsibilities of the role are as follows:
To ensure all food is served to the required company standard.
To aid the Head Chef in implementing all new menus.
To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen operation and comply fully with current food hygiene legislation
To strive and anticipate customer needs whenever possible and to react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
To ensure that you are correctly dressed, adhere to high personal hygiene standards.
To maintain a professional working relationship with the food service team.
To comply with all regulations as stated in the normal operating procedures.
Cleaning chemicals are used as directed, to achieve desired results and reduce wastage.
Salary commensurate with experience.
