Do I have to pay a deposit to secure my Wedding date?
Subject to availability, your preferred date will be provisionally held for 14 days to allow you time to check the chosen date with the church, registry office or registrar. To confirm the reservation, a non-refundable deposit of the either £600 together with a signed copy of our Terms and Conditions are required. 12 weeks prior to the wedding date, you will be contacted to arrange an appointment to discuss the finer details, including numbers, menus and beverage choices. Final numbers and full payment are required 28 days prior to the wedding day. Any extras incurred on the day must be settled on departure. We cannot invoice after the event.
Will we have a dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator?
Definitely. Your day needs detailed planning and individual attention. A dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator is unobtrusively with you every step of the way to ease the pressure by making sure everything is in order and immaculately organised. Nothing is overlooked and they come equipped with plenty of ideas!
Can you provide food and how much will it cost?
We have an excellent in-house chef who will create a wonderful feast for your family and friends. Please see our example menus.
Can you organise the extras, like flowers and entertainment etc..?
We work very closely with recommended local suppliers including florists, cake makers, bands and discos but will also be happy to work with any personally chosen suppliers. We take great pride in making sure that your wedding is absolutely perfect, from beginning to end and our dedicated team will be on hand at all times during the day itself.

Do you provide alcohol and bar facilities?
Yes, as a hotel we are fully licensed and can provide the beverages, staff and facilities that you require.
Do you have a dance floor?
Yes. Our Crookham room has a dance floor and bar.
Can we have a tour of your facilities?
Yes, we warmly invite you to contact us on 01252 628 555 to book a tour with us and to meet your personal Wedding Co-ordinator.
If we have guests coming from out of town, can you give us a discount on room rates?
Yes. We have 62 traditionally decorated bedrooms which will be available to your guests at specially reduced tariffs. Your guests can call the hotel quoting your reference number (in order to receive the discounted rates they must quote this) for your wedding and book their accommodation over the phone. This is of course subject to availability of room type and a Credit Card number is required to guarantee the reservation. All rates are inclusive of Full English Breakfast and VAT. Should a guest wish to cancel their room, this should be done at least fourteen days prior to the date of the reservation, any cancellations after this time will be charged 50% of their room bill. Cancellations made 24 hours (5.00pm) prior to the date of the reservation will be charged at the full rate. The above charges will be taken from the credit card number given to guarantee the reservation. We offer impeccable service with unsurpassed charm and quality, making your day the best of your lives.
