Starters
- Homemade butternut squash and sweet potato soup with snipped chives and truffle oil
- Hampshire game and ham terrine with piccalilli, red onion chutney and salad leaves
- Cumbrian air-dried ham with a salad of local buffalo mozzarella, tomato and wild rocket and a balsamic dressing
- Trio of melons and Champagne sorbet
- Smoked trout fillet with an apple and walnut salad and horseradish cream dressing
Main Courses
- Braised Beef Brisket, baby onions, mushrooms, and smoked bacon in a rich red wine sauce
- Slow roast Hampshire belly pork with apple and sage seasoning, crisp cracking and a pear and apple sauce
- Salmon fillet topped with baby spinach and crème fraiche baked in filo pastry with Chardonnay and a cream and chive sauce
- Risotto of baby vegetables, cream, herbs and parmesan shavings
- Roast leg of English lamb with a rosemary and mint jus
- Poached chicken breast stuffed with Gruyere cheese and sun blush tomatoes with roast vegetables and pesto sauce
Desserts
- Minted fresh fruit salad with fruit sorbet
- Banana sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and crème Anglaise
- Seasonal berry cheesecake with a fruit coulis
- Rich dark chocolate fondant with white chocolate ice-cream
