Function Rooms

Located at the front of the hotel, windows all around the room accessed from the Main Bar with double doors to the garden and outside dining area.

Suits formal or informal dining, perfect for Family Gatherings, Buffets and Afternoon Tea and accommodates groups of around 28 for a formal seated meal. The Conservatory makes an excellent reception area following wedding ceremonies as it opens directly onto the enclosed garden.

It is just that! Surrounded by lawns and accessed by paths. It is located in the middle of our enclosed garden area, a ridged structure with open sides and a slate roof. Easy access from the car park and also accessed from the Conservatory and Bar.

Beautiful as a venue for Wedding Ceremonies outside, easily accommodating a marquee, in case of inclement weather. The area is beautiful on sunny days with tables on the lawn.

Accessed from a cosy lounge area; modern décor with splashes of colour from various wall art; high back, upholstered chairs and pedestal tables gives a relaxed yet professional feel to this dining area, featured windows with blinds along the side wall give an interesting aspect to the room. Situated in the centre of the hotel and partitioned with the Crondall Room, allows easy expansion. The Hampshire is fully air conditioned.

This versatile space is used for Breakfast and Dinner service, the standard of décor makes it a beautiful & popular venue for Wedding Ceremonies. Accommodating 50 guests for banqueting, the Hampshire is popular in the local community for regular Clubs and Societies, Sunday Lunches and Corporate/Conference Lunches.

Adjoining both the Hampshire and the Crookham, the Crondall has full Wi-Fi access and a private bar if required. Partitioned with the Hampshire on one side and a collapsible wall with the Crookham on the other, it serves as an excellent bar/reception area when used with one or both of the adjoining rooms. It also benefits from air conditioning and washrooms with disabled facilities within close proximity.

Suitable for Private Dining, Conferences or part of the larger Crookham Suite, The Crondall is perfect for numbers of around 20. It is frequently used as Reception bar or to facilitate increased numbers for your Event.

The largest of our Function rooms, partitioned with The Crondall allowing easy expansion, and accessed via both the Function or Main Hotel entrance. The Room features beautiful decorative voiles to the high level windows and neutral décor. Four Beautiful chandeliers complement the room which also features a dance floor, private bar, air conditioning and WI-FI.

A very popular Function Room, beautiful for seated formal events with the versatility to expand numbers using the attached suites. Comfortably accommodates 60 guests, but with the expansion to The Lismoyne Suite, incorporating the Hampshire and The Crondall, can easily accommodate 150.
